I provide professional counseling services, psychotherapy and hypnotherapy to adults and adolescents in the form of individual, couples, and family sessions. In collaboration, we will define and explore any presenting problems that may be inhibiting personal growth, level of functioning, and/or overall wellbeing. Goals shall be formulated and a plan for achieving these goals established. My orientation is eclectic, drawing from evidence based practices such as Brief, Cognitive-Behavioral, Ericksonian, Existential and Psychoanalytic Therapy. I also utilize Clinical Hypnosis daily as a treatment modality, and this process can bring about amazing results in many cases. Anxiety, panic attacks, mood fluctuations, depressed mood, past traumas, past sexual abuse, relationship difficulties, poor performance, falling behind, addictions, obsessive-compulsive behaviors, feelings of isolation, or simply feeling alienated by society, are all indicators that therapy might be helpful to you.
